Returns & Exchanges

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and photos carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue and packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.


Final Sale Items

All items are considered final sale, including but not limited to:

  • Clothing and apparel

  • Home goods and decor

  • Blankets and textiles

  • Candles

  • Stickers

  • Accessories

Exceptions are made only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or design selection

  • Normal variations in print placement, color, fabric, or material characteristics

  • Items damaged due to improper use, washing, or care


Shipping Issues

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
